Omotion is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Omotion offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. 

2. Shipping Times:
We aim to process and ship orders within 2-7 business days. However, please note that shipping times may occasionally extend up to 14 days, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us directly at omotionbyartithreads@gmail.com for assistance.
